Jennifer Rodgers is the CEO and Founder of Rodgers & Associates, LLC. She has over 25 years of comprehensive financial accounting experience in public, private and global sectors. Jennifer started her career working in public accounting specializing in Audit and Assurance services. Most recently, Jennifer served as a financial controller for a large global aerospace company supporting multiple locations within the U.S. She is experienced with large, mid-size, and small businesses, providing innovative solutions to improve efficiencies in the accounting process and assist management with financial planning & analysis.
An entrepreneur at heart – she has spent a decade of her career running her own successful business which was Federally Funded and Nationally Accredited. She has a passion for helping small to mid-size companies grow their financial position and streamline their processes.
Jennifer has experience in multiple ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics and Sage Intacct, accounting software implementation and conversions, along with various small business accounting software and platforms.
Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and their two teenage boys, volunteering in her community, working on creative projects and expanding on her spiritual development.
